Long-Term Assisted Living

We provide customizable suites, catered to your specific needs. From standard, large, and deluxe sizes, to two bedroom suites. Our apartments are month-to-month and require no long-term contracts.

Short-Term Respite Stay

Starting at $250 a day

Sometimes all you need is a few weeks. Whether you’re looking to test-drive the Hillcrest experience, need extra care after a Skilled Nursing Center stay, or need a home while your home is going through a renovation, we are happy to have you with us.

Hospice Rooms

Starting at $4,100

We want dignity and respect in our final season of life, and our Hospice Rooms provide just that. Work with one of our administrators to create the ideal experience as we customize your room, work with your ideal hospice agency, and customize an environment that is grounded in respect. Our rooms can be requested fully furnished, as a blank slate for your personal fittings, and we work in tandem with whichever hospice team you have chosen.

As Thousand Oaks has grown and changed, our building has proudly served multiple generations of families who have trusted us with their final seasons of life.
